Dr. Adey completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences(NUHS) in 2001. She holds a Hons. Bachelor of Science Degree she began at the University of Western Ontario and finished at York University where she specialized in Human Biomechanics.
Since graduating Dr. Adey has continued her education with Active Release Technique training and Complete Concussion Management certification in 2018 and FRC certification in 2020.
Dr. Adey’s focus is treating the injury and finding the cause of that injury. This includes: addressing core stability, diet, exercise, lifestyle changes and supplementation recommendations when warranted.
She was a member of UWO and York University Track and Field Teams and competed at a National level in Soccer before going to University.
Dr. Adey has experience treating both amateur and professional athletes and includes work with Semi-pro and Pro football players, OHL and OWHA Hockey Teams, members of the Women’s Canadian National Hockey Team, International Synchronized swimmers and Nationally ranked Tennis Players.
